Postage & Packing
For orders up to £100.00 there is a p&p charge of £3.95. For orders over £100.00 p&p is FREE. All tiaras are packed in a hat box.

Despatch Times
After you have placed your order, we would normally be ready to despatch within 7 to 14 business days. A business day is usually Monday to Friday inclusive.

Returns Policy
If your goods are faulty we will despatch replacement goods free of charge as soon as we receive them back. We will also reimburse your costs in sending those goods back to us.

If you are unhappy with your goods and would like an exchange or replacement, please return to us and we will send out a replacement or refund your card. The cost of returning goods lies with the client, unless faulty, when those goods will be exchanged free of charge.

Upon receipt of the returned items, the delivery charges of faulty goods will be credited to the client’s charge card, and replacement goods despatched.

Refunds or exchanges will be only be authorised for goods returned in their original condition and packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be given for goods that have been worn, damaged or soiled.
